Role Overview
Unending Media is looking for a senior-level professional who can take complete ownership of office operations, team management, and digital content strategy.
This role requires a strong understanding of administration, employee management, and social media growth, especially YouTube and short-form video platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to predict content performance, identify viral potential, guide content direction, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations
Oversee daily office operations and internal workflows
Manage administrative tasks and reporting systems
Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability across teams
Coordinate between departments and management
Employee & Team Management
Manage editors, designers, content creators, and support staff
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery
Conduct regular reviews and improve team efficiency
Build structured working systems and SOPs
Social Media & Content Strategy
Create monthly and weekly content plans for all platforms
Decide platform-wise content distribution (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
Analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms
Guide teams on content direction and improvements
YouTube & Viral Content Planning
Identify topics with high viral potential
Decide which content is suitable for YouTube long-form, Shorts, or Reels
Improve watch time, retention, and overall channel performance
Take data-driven decisions based on analytics
Thumbnail, Title & Click Strategy
Conceptualize high-CTR thumbnail ideas
Guide design teams on color, expressions, layout, and text placement
Ensure balance between click appeal and brand credibility
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Deep understanding of YouTube and social media algorithms
Experience in content planning and digital growth strategy
Team handling and pressure management skills
Creative thinking combined with analytical mindset
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience & Qualification
3-6+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or content-based organizations
Background in Digital Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred
Experience with YouTube channels, influencers, or content-driven brands is an advantage
