Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable

Senior Visa Counselor

with expertise in student visa processes for the

United Kingdom and Australia

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end guidance to students aspiring to study in these countries, from initial counseling to final visa submission. Strong knowledge of GTE, CAS, SOP, COE, and other country-specific compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

comprehensive counseling

to students regarding study options in the UK and Australia. Evaluate student profiles and assess their

eligibility

based on academic background, financial documents, and immigration policies. Guide students through the

entire admission and visa process

including course selection, application, documentation, SOP writing, visa filing, and interview preparation. Stay updated on the

latest visa policies

, embassy requirements, and updates from partner institutions. Handle

UK-specific

processes including UCAS applications, CAS issuance, credibility interview preparation, and visa lodgment under the Student Route (Tier 4). Handle

Australia-specific

processes including application to CRICOS-registered institutions, GTE assessment, COE issuance, and student visa (subclass 500) processing. Coordinate with universities/colleges for offer letters, follow-ups, and application tracking. Review and verify all documents before submission to ensure

accuracy and compliance

. Maintain

student records

, follow-ups, and conversion tracking in the CRM system. Train junior counselors and provide support where needed. Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and other promotional events.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in

UK and Australia student visa counseling

. In-depth knowledge of

UKVI

and

Australian Department of Home Affairs

guidelines. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet application deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and student CRM platforms. Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Preferred:

Certification in

QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counsellor)

for Australia. Familiarity with tools like GTE portals, institution-specific agent dashboards.
