About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor

to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing

podcast interviews, YouTube shorts, and social media content

, with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit

long-form podcast interviews

and

short-form video content

(YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.) Work closely with the production and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and quality standards Enhance video content with graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color correction Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality Provide creative input on video style, flow, and storytelling Stay updated on latest video editing trends, social media formats, and visual storytelling techniques

Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience as a

Video Editor

in digital media, podcast, or production environment Strong command of

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

Experience with

color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing

Strong attention to detail, timing, and visual rhythm Ability to handle end-to-end editing -- from raw footage to final export Creative mindset with an understanding of social media engagement and storytelling

Preferred:

Experience editing

interview-based content

or

podcast video setups

Knowledge of

AI editing tools

(Descript, Runway, etc.) is an added advantage
