Job Description

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished video projects that align with our creative vision and brand standards. Your role will include editing promotional videos, interviews, reels, social media content, ads, and other multimedia formats.

Edit raw video footage into clear, engaging, and visually appealing final products Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and content strategists to execute concepts Add music, sound effects, graphics, and color grading as needed Organize and manage video assets and file storage Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices Ensure final videos meet platform-specific formats (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions Familiarity with sound design and basic motion graphics Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills Bonus: Experience with animation or color correction

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of professional editing experience (flexible based on role level) Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (not mandatory) Knowledge of various social media video formats and content trends
