We are passionate about delivering creative, high-quality content that helps brands, creators, and businesses engage with their audiences. We are now looking for a skilled
Senior Video Editor
to lead the team, maintain quality, and help shape the company's creative vision.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of editors to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the Creative Head to implement editing styles, creative direction, and workflow improvements.
Oversee the entire video editing workflow across multiple projects (podcasts, YouTube, social media reels, ads).
Review and finalize all projects before client delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining creative excellence.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Familiarity with colour grading, sound design, and visual effects.
Experience working on diverse content, such as podcasts, ads, and social media videos.
Strong creative vision and understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
