Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and passionate Video Editing Trainer

who can

teach students practical editing skills

and help them become confident content creators.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

video editing tools

and a good understanding of

social media content trends

.

You will be responsible for

training students

, creating sample projects, and guiding them to make professional-quality videos for digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Teach students

video editing software

such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

. Plan and conduct

interactive practical sessions

. Guide students in

real-world projects

(Instagram reels, YouTube videos, ad content, etc.). Stay updated with the

latest video trends and transitions

. Assist in

creating content

for Digital Paaji's in-house projects and campaigns. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

video editing tools

(Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects / Canva). Good communication and teaching skills. Creativity and understanding of

social media video formats

. Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory). Passion for training and helping others grow.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,481.21 - ₹47,512.61 per month
