Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing video content, creating stunning motion graphics, and ensuring the highest level of visual and audio quality. You will collaborate closely with creative team to deliver content that exceeds client expectations and elevates our agency's work.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Transform raw footage into compelling, polished final products across multiple formats (commercials, social media content, branded videos, etc.).

Motion Graphics & Animation:

Create custom motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling, using tools like After Effects.

Color Grading & Correction:

Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure a polished, professional final look.

Sound Design & Audio Mixing:

Work with audio engineers to ensure clear, professional-quality sound design and mixing.

Project Management:

Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team to understand client objectives, and provide feedback to junior editors to maintain the highest standards.

Quality Control:

Oversee the review process at different stages to ensure all deliverables meet agency and client expectations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency setting. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard video editing and motion graphics tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling. Excellent communication skills and a team player with a collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and video optimization for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
