Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that aligns with brand tone and project goals.

Motion Graphics

Design and animate engaging motion graphics (titles, transitions, overlays) to enhance storytelling.

Creative Direction

Collaborate with creative leads to conceptualize and execute innovative video ideas.

Storytelling

Craft compelling visual narratives with strong pacing, structure, and emotional resonance.

Team Collaboration

Mentor junior editors, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Technical Expertise

Stay current with editing trends, tools, and techniques to maintain creative excellence.

Asset Management

Organize and manage project files, ensuring efficient workflows and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

4+ years in professional video editing and motion graphics roles.

Software Mastery:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Bonus: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

Motion Graphics:

Proven ability to create dynamic, brand-aligned animations.

Storytelling:

Deep understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and audience engagement.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and video compression standards.

Portfolio:

A strong reel showcasing a range of editing and motion design work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with

brands, agencies, or content studios

. Knowledge of

3D animation tools

like Cinema 4D or Blender. Awareness of

social media trends

and platform-specific video formats. Background in

marketing, entertainment, or corporate communications
