Essential Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experiences in hands-on video editing experience
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong video editing techniques.
• Willing to complete a timed Zoom assessment. Payment will be provided if the assessment criteria are met.
• Can handle stress, pressure, and time crunch
• Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
• Willing to undergo a timed Zoom assessment, if shortlisted,
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check before onboarding

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.
Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
• Manage and optimize video rendering workflows, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely exports.
• Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues, while providing mentorship to junior editors.

• Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs.
• Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone, with availability for overtime.
• Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
• Willingness to provide a Police Clearance Certificate
