Job Description

The Senior Video Editor is responsible for leading video editing projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand objectives. This role involves mentoring junior editors, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering compelling video content across digital, social media, and marketing platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Post-Production

Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, corporate films, and branded content. Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects. Ensure videos meet platform-specific guidelines and brand standards.

Creative Direction & Concept Support

Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives. Suggest creative concepts, pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques. Maintain consistent creative quality across all video outputs.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Guide and mentor junior video editors. Review and approve edits, providing constructive feedback. Manage workload distribution and ensure timely project delivery.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, content, design, and production teams. Coordinate with videographers, animators, and external agencies when required. Communicate timelines, revisions, and expectations clearly.

Project & Asset Management

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously. Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports systematically. Maintain video libraries and asset repositories.

Quality Control & Optimization

Ensure high production quality, visual consistency, and error-free outputs. Optimize videos for different formats, resolutions, and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTT, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
