Key Responsibilities:

1.

IP Development and Management:

Spearheads the ideation, development, and execution of intellectual properties (IPs) across genres and platforms. Oversee all IP-related projects, including Project Kathakali (non-fiction), upcoming fiction IPs, impact-driven IPs for sports and events, and digital-first IPs. Drive the creation of high-impact, market-aligned content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Innovation and Strategic Vision:

Lead the development of cutting-edge ideas that are scalable and future-ready. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the long-term relevance of all IPs across regional, national, and international markets.
3.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, digital, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and talent to enhance IP value and delivery.
4.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

Ensure all IPs align with Zee Entertainment's creative and business goals. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to deliver excellence.
5.

Impact Assessment and Optimization:

Impact Assessment and Optimization. Leverage insights to optimize content strategies and audience engagement.
6.

Team development:

Evaluate the strengths of Creative leads and map them to the relevant shows while providing creative supervision to the team for all the shows.
Create a healthy competitive environment within the team.

Job Requirement

Minimum 12-18 years of experience with PG in media and communications
currently working with OTT platform and worked with Production houses for commissioning, brief and execution.

Post-Graduate in media and communications.
