We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Quantitative Analyst to join our Markets Quants team. This role is in London.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop derivatives pricing and risk models that drives our core trading business
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders across multiple business and engineering teams to drive business growth, create new revenue streams, improve operational efficiency
• Fostering innovation & collaboration within the firm and within the industry to ensure the use of state-of-the-art data & tech stack

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Have a great track record of leading cross functional analytics development projects
• Expert level understanding of derivatives pricing, XVA models, credit and market risk models
• Hands-on development of solutions using machine learning, statistical and quant methods, deep learning and natural language processing
• Extensive experience in working with complex high-dimensional datasets from structured and unstructured data sources.
