Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly skilled and culturally fluent individual of Korean / Indian ethnicity to join our team at JLL. This position will primarily focus on acting as a business development and technical interface who would liaison between our company and Korean corporations for both industrial leasing and project management services. The ideal candidate will combine their technical expertise with strong Korean communication and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships with our Korean clients.



Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact and provide technical & transactional expertise while pitching, presenting, and negotiating with Korean corporations for industrial and logistics leasing and project management services.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gain a thorough understanding of clients' business needs, requirements, and market trends in Korea and India.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including leasing, project management, and business development, to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of Korean clients.

Oversee the successful project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Korean corporations to establish JLL as a trusted advisor and provider of services.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements related to industrial leasing and project management in both Korea and international markets.

Act as a cultural ambassador, bridging any language or cultural gaps between Korean corporations and the JLL team.



Qualifications:



Korean / Indian ethnicity with fluency in both English and Korean languages, including business-level proficiency in formal business communication.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in technical and / or transactional roles related to industrial & logistics leasing and land transaction, project management, or real estate development, preferably with exposure to Korean corporations or the Korean market.

Deep understanding of Korean business culture, etiquette, and decision-making processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective cross-cultural interactions and negotiations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms and tools to support research, analysis, and project management.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Report writing capabilities, preparation and delivery of presentations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)

University degree (Preferably MBA Finance/ Strategy /Operations/ Real Estate)

A 6-8 years of work experience

Understanding of the industrial and economic sector dynamics

Proficiency in use of various statistical and economic models used for forecasting, analysis, etc.
