SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT



Key Responsibilities:



Lead the overall MEP division strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and implement long-term plans to drive innovation and excellence in MEP services. Establish and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of MEP systems across multiple projects. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and technical submissions. Manage and guide a team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project outcomes. Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and performance evaluations. Develop and manage budgets for the MEP department and individual projects. Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures. Support the estimation and tendering processes for new projects. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.
Support pre-sales and business development teams in technical presentations and proposals.

Participate in contract negotiations and client meetings. Help identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP projects. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (Master's preferred). 12+ years of experience in MEP projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong background in large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure). Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep understanding of MEP design standards, building codes, and sustainable building practices. Strong financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and cost control. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project)
