JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR VENUE EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a Senior Venue Executive (Sports) to join our team, both at work, and at play!

Location : Mumbai & Bangalore

A Senior VE is responsible for managing the operations of the sports facilities he or she is assigned to .

Some highlights of the role include:


Being responsible for the infrastructure of a sports facility and reporting to the manager on a timely manner, plus being responsible to work with partners for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.


Talk to customers, answer customer queries and create a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers


To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - App,Sling, Slack.


Develop and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and its staff.


Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly.


Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues.


Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at venue


Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great

customer experience and value-added services.


Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venue Executives .

Qualification:


Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardise large-scale on-ground operations.


Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


A keen eye for attention to detail.


Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Self-motivated and willing to learn.


Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.


Experience is Sports industry, Swimming Pool Operations is highly preferred
