Wells Fargo is seeking for Senior Valuation Coordinator to join our Borrowing Base team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Collateral operations, with a strong grasp of financial lending documentation and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Borrowing Base processes is a plus.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, comprehension, and attention to detail. The selected candidate will be responsible for determining accurate Borrowing Base amounts for borrowers, ensuring alignment with credit agreements and financial documentation standards. The expectation is to scale up as an SME within 90 days, becoming a key resource for complex valuation tasks and stakeholder interactions.
In this role you will :
Independently analyze borrower accounts to determine accurate Borrowing Base amounts.
Review and interpret financial lending documents including Credit Agreements, Borrowing Base Certificates, Field Exam Reports, CCAMs, and other relevant materials.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to meet client SLAs and resolve account-level queries.
Prepare and present insights using Excel and PowerPoint, supporting reporting and decision-making processes.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for valuation-related queries and support accuracy investigations within the workflow.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for valuation decisions and borrower submissions.
Bring innovation and process improvements based on prior experience, contributing to enhanced efficiency and accuracy in valuation workflows
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Demonstrate ownership and accountability in delivering accurate and timely BB submissions.
Proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and generate actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Support team-level initiatives and mentor junior staff as needed.
4-5 years of experience in Collateral operations or financial servicing, preferably with exposure to Borrowing Base workflows
Strong analytical, comprehension, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex financial documents.
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience managing relationships with US stakeholders and working within SLA-driven environments.
Ability to work independently and scale up quickly to SME-level responsibilities. Familiarity with Borrowing Base methodology and related operational processes.
Exposure to risk and compliance frameworks in lending operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process documentation and workflow optimization.
