Handle inbound and outbound inquiries independently related to holiday packages
Should have handled operations for Europe, Australia & New zealand
Design and customize vacation packages based on client requirements
Provide detailed information on Destinations, Itineraries, Inclusions and Pricing
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground operators
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
Ensure timely follow-up with clients to convert leads into bookings
Manage end-to-end booking processes including documentation and payments
Address customer queries, changes, and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems
Support group tours and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
Ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors
Time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
Languages known - Tamil, English, Hindi (Preferred)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Holiday sales and Travel operations
