Our Oilfield Services (OFS) business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Partner with the best As a Senior UX Interaction Designer, you will be creating web/mobile applications for industrial internet of things. You will be an individual contributor to multiple user experience engagements. You will be working on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains. As a Senior UX Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for: Interacting with Product Owners, End Users and other Stakeholders for requirements gathering. H andlIng complex projects end-to-end as sole/lead designer. Collaborating with the product management and engineering teams to identify product vision and goals. Defining and develop key workflows, wireframes and prototypes and communicate them effectively in a fast-paced agile environment. Working within design system guidelines to ensure designs are user friendly while remaining consistent with our design framework. Advocating user needs throughout the development life cycle in an agile, iterative environment to ensure problem: solution fit. Verifying and improving designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have 8-12 years of experience in user experience and interaction design for web applications or services. Have a background in user-centred design principles across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. Have aptitude for designing large to medium scale web-based applications. Have experience working in a geographically diverse collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs. Have experience developing wireframes using a design system framework. Show a portfolio showcasing your best work in user experience design. Only candidates with portfolio will be considered for evaluation.
