We have an opportunity for a

Senior

UX Designer

to join our

User Experience Design

team in

Pune, India

reporting to the Sr. Manager, UX . In this pivotal role, you will collaborate on all aspects of the user-centered design lifecycle, including user research, low-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing, working closely across the Infoblox organization including our UX design team, product managers, Engineering, and Product Marketing-to ensure on-time and successful delivery of these products and solutions.


You're the ideal candidate if you have a background in designing and delivering state-of-the-art enterprise-class user experiences and domain expertise in networking and security. You can communicate effectively through product task flow diagrams, design documentation, designs, and stakeholder presentations. You are a strategic, collaborative, driven results-oriented professional who is focused on executing in a team environment.


Be a Contributor -- What You'll Do



Collaborate with leadership on the user experience vision and strategy Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to integrate user-centered design principles with role-based needs and requirements of networking and security end users. Develop and maintain high quality design wireframes, mockups, and specifications Conduct user research and usability testing to gather data driven insights and identify user needs and pain points in the context of networking and security. Lead one or more swim-lanes / tracks of UX work, provide your expertise to guide and influence the UX vision for the same. Work with Product Managers and Engineering team to suggest and implement streamlined processes for efficient UX delivery. Mentor and guide junior designers Work with Engineering to effectively plan and support the implementation of the design vision

Be Prepared -- What You Bring



5-8 years of experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for enterprise B2B products or carrier-grade solutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of design fundamentals and best practices. A strong foundation in Interaction Design, including mapping out user journeys, workflows, and interaction models for complex enterprise systems. Expertise in applying design principles, laws of UX, heuristics, Gestalt's principles to outline end-to-end workflows and dive into detailed design Knowledge of experience with user-centered design activities. Knowledge of activities such as user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma and FigJam, including capabilities for interactive prototyping. Experience contributing to and using a design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across products. Strong analytical and logical thinking to define comprehensive end-to-end workflows within B2B ecosystems. Experience leveraging customer-centric and data-driven insights to inform design strategy, define solutions, and support experimentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. A Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

+ Domain knowledge in networking and security, with a solid understanding of network services, cybersecurity threats management
+ Portfolio showing at least 2 end-to-end desktop enterprise products (with a focus on interaction designs, patterns and design principles).

Play a strategic role in driving the UX for our SaaS product roadmap releases Understand the SaaS product users, tasks, and environment Drive user experience recommendations to enrich our SaaS cloud services portfolio
