Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in creating user-centric designs, seamless interfaces, and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a deep understanding of design principles to deliver scalable, accessible, and aesthetically refined applications.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead the end-to-end UX design and development process for web and mobile applications.
? Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver intuitive user experiences.
? Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
? Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices.
? Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
? Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
? Mentor junior designers/developers and contribute to establishing UX guidelines and design systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
? 8+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
? Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
? Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
? Hands-on experience with ReactJS/Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks.
? Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
? Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries.
? Knowledge of design systems and component-based design architecture.
? Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Timings: 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM
