We are looking for a senior UX Designer who does design strategy, UX research, user interviews, facilitates workshops and helps build cohesive experience that aids the users. Someone with the ability to present concepts and ideas to the product team in a clear and convincing manner.

We are looking for: Senior UX Designer

You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
• Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team.
• Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, sketches to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives, visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts.
• Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process.
• Conduct user interviews and UX research by helping recruit participants, run research, and report on all aspects of customer feedback. This user research is not limited to concept testing, usability testing, psychographic analysis, and customer/user feedback.
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications.
• Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.
• Create Design system, adhere to atomic component system with pixel-perfect UI elements.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll win us over by:

• Demonstrated experience in product design for complete digital environments.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in fine arts and psychology.
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamic, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), Design principles.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and business stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
