Job Description

The User Experience Lead Analyst is a senior level role significantly contributing to the research, analysis, and design of digital products and systems. User Experience partners with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that deliver best-in-class user experience and usability to our clients, both internally and externally. We undertake a wide spectrum of activities, from discovery and research, through definition, ideation, and design, to the management of design systems and the delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to our development partners.
The UX Design Groupxe2x80x99s primary goal is to research and design products and solutions that are streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, great-looking, and easy-to-use, which perfectly suit (or even anticipate) our clientsxe2x80x99 needs.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Lead UX on the project as well as research, senior stakeholders, product managers and engineering teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutionxe2x80x99s
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, along with our established Design System
• Ensure that designs follow best practices and use research & testing to inform and validate
• Confidently challenge the status quo, encouraging all involved to address root causes to ensure the best outcome for users
• Apply a positive and constructive attitude when giving and receiving all feedback
• Deliver high-quality design assets to the engineering team, along with clear guidance to ensure all aspects of the designs are fully understood.
• Provide ongoing support to engineering, with regular UX review checkpoints to ensure quality and that the system is being built as designed
• Keep up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools
• Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility
• Deliver on time, identifying and managing risks to ensure timelines are met, and escalating where needed
• Lead by example, supporting, training and developing junior members of the team.
• Moderate conflicts between colleagues and/or stakeholders, guiding to constructive resolution
• Take a leading role in the wider UX community, helping to define our standards and practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industry UX Design experience
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving
• Experience on complex, enterprise-scale projects
• Creative flair and a good eye for design
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding skills in professional design tools, such as: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with, and contributing to, Design Systems

Education:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s/University degree, Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred
• At least one formal UX Qualification
