Position: Senior User Experience Designer

Role: Senior UX Designer
Location: Indore / Ahmedabad

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive the UX vision, roadmap, and delivery for critical programs, overseeing the entire design process from discovery through to launch.
• Conduct user research, define experience strategies, and facilitate co-creation workshops to align business goals with user needs.
• Apply expertise to both screen-based interfaces and physical product UX, including Human-Machine Interface (HMI), wearables, and embedded systems.
• Introduce and implement new design methods, tools (including AI/GenAI-driven technologies), and practices that push the boundaries of experience design.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and measurable experiences.
• Inspire and grow a team of designers, providing thoughtful feedback and raising the quality bar across the practice.
• Present ideas persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, from peers to executive stakeholders.
• Establish scalable systems, design standards, research frameworks, and documentation processes to enhance design operations.xe2x80x8b

What Are We Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive UX design experience with a strong portfolio that spans digital and physical products.
• Proven ability to lead projects with an ownership mindset, balancing creativity, strategy, and execution.
• Experience in HMI/embedded UX is a strong advantage.
• Advanced skills in design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie, Framer, and Miro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
• Consistently deliver high-quality work, articulating what makes it great, and design with the user and business impact in mind.
• Believe that early wireframes should communicate as effectively as final mockups, simplifying the complex to focus discussions on user experience and impact.
• Strong grasp of core design principles, accessibility, systems thinking, and scalable design practices.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Lean environments and collaborating with engineering across multiple platforms.
• Bachelors/Masters in UX, HCI, Product Design, or an equivalent field.xe2x80x8b
