Senior US Mortgage Process Associate, Shift - US Timings

In this role, you will be responsible for process execution and documentation. Process execution would entail working on tasks, which are mostly well-defined and routine. Your work area would also require doing data transactions and interaction via calls. As part of the team, your contribution would also come in the form of sharing knowledge and standard methodologies which you follow so that you and the team gain from each other.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Processing team, you will be responsible for:
Executing pre-defined tasks with minimum supervision and completing the assigned routine tasks within specified time frames and meeting the high accuracy levels
Adherence to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality, etc.)
Sharing standard methodologies and process ideas

Qualifications we seek in you

: B. Com Or any other equivalent Graduate degree

Job Profile:

Should have well-versed knowledge & hands-on experience in US Mortgage Process starting from:

Registration of files,

Disclosing

Co-ordinations

Submission

Working on Approvals

Requesting Documents,

Condition Clearing,

Third Party Documents Ordering and reviewing like VOE, VOM, Payoff, Title, HOI..

CD Balancing

Closing

Auditing

Salary Range: 30,000 to 50,000 based on Job Knowledge and the Work Experience.

Preferred skills:

3-4 years of experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing.
Proficient in written and verbal English interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
