What You'll Do

:

Market and place bench consultants with potential clients/vendors. Build and maintain strong industry relationships. Source requirements from job boards, social media, and direct networks. Negotiate rates and terms to close deals successfully. Achieve monthly placement targets with quick turnaround.

What We're Looking For:

3 -9 years of experience in bench sales recruitment. Strong communication and networking skills. Proven track record in closing positions quickly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
