We provide services like Bookkeeping & Accounting, Payroll processing, Tax Preparation, Virtual CFO, and Offshore dedicated staffing services for small businesses, CPAs, EAs, and accounting firms in the USA.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions , categorization , US Payroll , Bank reconciliation , end to end accounting
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements on time
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Software
Demonstrated experience performing accounting functions in applications such as Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Concur, Billpy, Paychex and Sage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the US Accounting process
CA Inter/M.com/CMA accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
