Job Purpose

"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd."Act as a key team member of IT Compliance unit (2nd level of defense) for supporting external reviews, conducting internal reviews and tracking the actionable in all the activities

Duties and Responsibilities

oWork as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest, prestigious NBFC. Be part of Fintech Transformation journey of BFL oJointly execute & manage compliance reviews independently in the areas mainly comprising of - oITGC & Infra - Server, Database & End user Controls, Information & Cyber Security oApplication controls Technical - Change Mgt, User Mgt, Incident Mgt, VA/PT, TPRM, etcoApplication controls Functional - workflows, Field validations, data validations, business controls oPayments business - IT controls oData - security & privacyoJointly support external audits happening on IT in the above areas. Support for zero escalation and early closure of audit pointsoTrack the actionable coming out of above reviews and push / work with owners for closureoDemonstrate technical understanding of above domains along with specific in-depth knowledge of some of the above areas. oWork jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience CA/CISA & Engineers oWith various BFL Fin-tech initiative, candidate need to have agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art review process oAlso drive specific projects around IT & Fintech.

Required Qualifications and Experience

a)Qualificationso BE/B.Tech/ CA-CISA with 2-5 years of experience in similar role, CISA/CISSP or similar qualification is added advantage.oWillingness to work in Compliance function (2nd level of defense) conducting IT reviewsb)Work ExperienceStrong technical knowledge of given domains, ability to stay up to date with latest technologiesKnowledge of RBI and other regulatory guidelines impacting ITHighly motivated, self-starter, Agile, Quick Learner Excellent oral and written communication, analytical skills, clarity of thoughtsDemonstrated success & achievement orientationIT compliance reviews (ITGC/Application Testing) for domain wrt Banking Applications, Paytech applications, IT Infra (server, network, Databases)Through knowledge wrt RBI/ Regulatory Guidelines in IT / Fintech
