Job Description

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with proven mobile gaming app experience to own end-to-end product design--turning gameplay and business goals into intuitive, high-converting player experiences. This role blends product/design thinking, strong visual craft, interaction design, and the ability to use data + testing to continuously improve the UX.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UX for core game flows (onboarding, lobby, gameplay loops, rewards/progression, store, events) and improve retention/conversion through iterative design.

- Apply product and design thinking to define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models aligned to player behavior.

- Produce high-quality UI (layouts, typography, color systems) and motion design specs for micro-interactions and delight moments.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using modern design tools; contribute to or manage a scalable design system.

- Partner with engineers with a solid understanding of front-end constraints/technologies to ensure feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.

- Define and track design success metrics (funnels, drop-offs, retention proxies), and collaborate with Product/Analytics to turn insights into design actions.

- Plan and run usability testing/design validation (moderated/unmoderated), synthesize results, and ship improvements with clear hypotheses.

Requirements

- 5-8+ years in UX/UI/product design with a strong portfolio; mobile gaming app experience is required/preferred.

- Strong product/design thinking: can define problems, propose options, and defend decisions with data and user insight.

- Excellent visual design skills plus interaction design expertise (gesture patterns, mobile-first layouts, accessibility basics).

- Hands-on prototyping and testing mindset; comfortable iterating fast with measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have

- Motion design capability (After Effects/Lottie/Rive or equivalent) and experience specifying animation behaviors for engineers.

- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, or data-informed UX optimization for live products.

- Familiarity with design frameworks/processes (Double Diamond, JTBD, design sprints) and agile product teams.

Pay: ₹528,424.17 - ₹892,226.68 per year
