Who are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of technology and human behavior. You'll be instrumental in designing seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences for our AI-driven tools--chatbots, voicebots, and smart interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST)
Compensation
Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary
Key Responsibilities
o Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms tailored to AI tools.
o Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
o Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to refine user experience.
o Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
o Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI standards.
o Stay current with design trends, user behavior, and AI-related UI/UX practices.
o Ensure accessibility and usability across devices and user demographics.
Qualifications & Attributes
o 3 to 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for AI, SaaS, or tech-driven platforms.
o Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, attention to detail, and user-centric solutions.
o Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
o Understanding of designing for conversational UI (chatbots, voicebots) is a strong plus.
o Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Self-driven, organized, and passionate about creating delightful user experiences.
