What You'll Be Working On
Product, UX & UI Design
Design modern, intuitive dashboards, web apps, and SaaS products with large data sets.
Create end-to-end user journeys: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Build and maintain robust design systems (tokens, components, variants, documentation).
Apply strong data visualization logic for charts, tables, metrics, and insights.
Design thoughtful micro-interactions, animations, empty states, and error states.
Deliver clean, developer-ready Figma files using advanced features.
Conduct usability checks and research, converting insights into actionable design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in fast-paced sprint cycles.
Actively leverage AI tools to speed up research, UX copy, and design workflows.
Team & Project Ownership
Plan and distribute tasks within the design team for smooth execution.
Manage internal timelines, sprints, and deliverables with discipline.
Maintain clear communication with developers, product teams, and project coordinators.
Mentor junior designers and maintain high design quality across projects.
Lead cross-functional discussions to remove blockers and keep workflows aligned.
Ensure proper documentation, handovers, and clarity before development starts.
What You MUST Have
2-3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience.
Proven experience designing dashboards or analytics-heavy products.
Strong command of Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Component Libraries, Prototyping).
Deep understanding of UX logic, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
Excellent communication skills and obsessive attention to detail.
High ownership mindset -- ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Strong planning and task management skills for sprint-based execution.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams when required.
Good to Have
Motion design skills (Rive / Principle / After Effects).
Experience with UX tools like Miro, UX Pilot, etc.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable, UiMagic).
Background in agency, startup, or fast-paced product environments.
Experience using Zoho for task tracking, documentation, or project coordination.
