Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design initiatives -- from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and front-end implementation. Create and maintain scalable design systems and UI pattern libraries ensuring consistency across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to translate business requirements into user-centric designs. Conduct usability evaluations, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights. Build interactive, responsive prototypes using HTML/CSS sandboxing and JavaScript to validate user flows. Ensure pixel-perfect design implementation using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers on best UX/UI practices.

Job Requirement:

6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Proven expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, including advanced prototyping (animations, micro-interactions, and variables). Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6), and responsive design principles. Experience building interactive prototypes and conducting user testing. Solid understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and motion design. Working knowledge of component-based design and integration with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular -- nice to have). Familiarity with tools like Lottie, Framer Motion, or After Effects for motion-based UI. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. * Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design craft, and front-end proficiency.
