About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Design Team Lead with a strong focus on UI/UX to head our design function. You will lead a small but growing team of designers, ensuring that our products and brand deliver world-class user experiences. This role requires a mix of leadership, creativity, and hands-on design skills, along with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers. Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with the product, development, and SEO team members to translate business goals into user-friendly designs. Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices. Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

Education: Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputed design school. Experience: 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively.

Good to have:

Motion design or micro-interactions expertise. Experience building or managing a design system. Exposure to HTML/CSS or front-end basics. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
