Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and user experience efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement UI/UX strategies, guidelines, and best practices Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when relevant Ensure consistency and maintain design standards across all platforms and products Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling assets for promotional campaigns Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery of design solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
