A Senior UI/UX Designer is a top-tier specialist in creating exceptional user interfaces and experiences. The individual exhibits mastery in user-centered design principles, advanced design tools, and prototyping techniques. This role involves leading design initiatives, crafting innovative design strategies, refining complex user journeys, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Senior UI/UX Designers contribute to cutting-edge design concepts, tackle intricate design challenges, and stay ahead of design trends to deliver impactful and visually stunning digital experiences that resonate with users.
Responsibilities
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
Delegating tasks and mentoring junior designers.
Able to manage team members/ UI/UX designers on non-technical aspects as well as conducting 1:1 with them. Design and explain their growth plan within the organization.
Follow secure development, testing and deployment guidelines and practices to adhere to the overall security of the system under consideration.
Requirements
Proven work experience of 5+ years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of design projects.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Good time-management skills.
BSc/B.Tech in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
