Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior UI/UX Designer / Design Lead
who can
own the entire product design lifecycle
-- from early UX research and wireframes to high-fidelity dashboards, mobile screens, branding assets, social creatives, and motion/video content.
This is not a narrow UI role.
You will design
end-to-end user flows
,
AI-powered dashboards
, and
visual systems
for a complex SaaS platform while also contributing to branding, marketing assets, and product storytelling.
You will work closely with founders, product, and frontend teams to translate complex AI and automation workflows into
simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences

Key Responsibilities Product & UX Design
Own end-to-end product design: user research ? wireframes ? prototypes ? high-fidelity UI ? design system.
Design complex
SaaS dashboards
and workflows for multiple user roles (Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent).
Create mobile-responsive designs and screen variants for web and mobile platforms.
Translate AI, automation, and data-heavy systems into intuitive, low-cognitive-load experiences.
Design chatbot and AI assistant interfaces, including conversational flows and contextual UI patterns.
Design Systems & Visual Language
Build and maintain a scalable
design system
(components, typography, color tokens, spacing, states).
Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and brand touchpoints.
Maintain reusable Figma libraries and design documentation.
(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, etc.).
Proven ability to design
complex workflows
, dashboards, and data-rich interfaces.
Strong understanding of UX research, usability principles, and responsive design.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience designing
AI-driven products
, chatbots, or automation platforms.
Familiarity with SaaS product architecture and multi-tenant systems.
Experience with data visualization and analytics dashboards.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Next.js) for better design-dev collaboration.
Experience with branding, social media creatives, and digital storytelling.
