Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using

UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components

. Leverage

Generative AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) within UiPath

to augment RPA workflows for intelligent document processing, natural language interaction, and dynamic decision-making. Build

Agentic AI automations

using UiPath Autopilot/Agents to simulate human-like proactive and goal-driven task execution. Configure and manage

AutoHeal capabilities

to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate bot failures or performance issues. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation opportunities and design innovative solutions. Develop reusable components and implement best practices for error handling, logging, exception management, and security. Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, etc. Maintain documentation, participate in peer reviews, and ensure high standards of code quality and process compliance. Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, AI integrations, and contribute to POCs and automation roadmap planning.

Required Skills:

5-7 years of experience in

RPA development

, primarily with

UiPath

. Strong understanding of

UiPath Architecture

and components (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Apps). Hands-on experience with

Generative AI integration

within UiPath workflows. Familiarity with building and managing

Agentic AI processes

using UiPath Autopilot or Agents. Experience with

AutoHeal features

including monitoring, exception tracking, and automated resolution. Proficiency in

VB.NET, C#, or Python

scripting for custom components. Exposure to

AI Center, Document Understanding, and UiPath Marketplace packages

. Working knowledge of

REST/SOAP APIs

, JSON/XML, and integration best practices. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

and

version control tools

(Git, Azure DevOps). * Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
