Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior UI Developer

to lead the front-end development efforts and manage a team of UI/UX developers. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize responsive and dynamic web user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Maintain cross-browser compatibility and ensure web accessibility standards are followed. Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level UI developers. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices in front-end development. Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Guide the team in adopting new tools, technologies, and development methodologies. Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and team performance.

Process & Collaboration:

Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Contribute to improving front-end development workflows and code quality standards. Act as a point of contact for UI development in cross-functional project teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in front-end development with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

, and

TypeScript

. Expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as

React.js

. Experience with

state management libraries

(Redux, Context API, etc.). Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs

and integration with backend services. Familiarity with

version control systems (Git)

and CI/CD processes. Good understanding of responsive design, web performance, and browser rendering behaviors.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
