Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for digital platforms Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Produce high-quality visual designs, incorporating brand guidelines and design principles. Craft engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions. Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to bring designs to life. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistency across platforms.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including: Figma: Collaborative design tool for creating wireframes, prototypes, and
high-fidelity designs. Adobe XD: All-in-one UX/UI solution for designing and prototyping experiences. Illustrator: Vector graphics editor for creating scalable and detailed designs. Photoshop: Image editing software for crafting pixel-perfect visual elements. After Effects: Motion graphics and visual effects software for dynamic animations. Premiere Pro: video editing software for basic video editing needs. Solid understanding of visual design principles, user experience, and user interface design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Knowledge of information architecture and best practices in navigation design. Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics and animation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Pay: ₹35,127.31 - ₹45,516.65 per month
