Key Responsibilities:
? Lead domestic and international holiday package sales
? Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
? Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants
? Build strong client relationships and resolve high-level queries
? Track sales performance and ensure reporting accuracy
? Stay informed on market trends, destinations & competitor offerings
Requirements:
? 4-6 years of travel sales experience (minimum 1-2 years in a managerial role)
? Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
? Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and Google Suite
? Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
? Fluent in English
