We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Travel Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage high-value travel clients. The role requires strong expertise in travel products, customer relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales for domestic and international travel services
Convert leads into bookings through effective consultation and follow-ups
Develop customized travel itineraries based on client requirements
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2C and B2B clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and DMCs for pricing and availability
Support junior sales executives and share product knowledge
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently and under sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field
Experience in handling corporate and luxury travel clients
