Senior Travel Operations Executive (Backend) - PayU Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Location: New Delhi

Experience: Min. 5 Years (Travel Industry - Backend)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, visas, transfers). Work with travel portals, agencies & GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). Source & book cheap/economical packages for customers. Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds & vendor coordination. Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate best deals. Ensure smooth backend operations & documentation.
Requirements:

5+ years experience in backend travel operations. Strong knowledge of OTAs, GDS, and travel booking portals. Excellent multitasking, negotiation & vendor management skills. Graduate in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality preferred.
