About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Executive to join our growing team in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel operations, client relationship management, and destination expertise. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute domestic and international travel itineraries for individual and group clients.

Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, excursions, and special requests.

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local customs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, vendors, and clients.

Manage bookings, invoicing, and payment processing through travel CRM systems.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.

Keep up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and changes in travel regulations.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages and special offers.

Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and logistics.

Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and CRM tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
