Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Sales
Handle customer inquiries (domestic & international).
Understand client needs and suggest the best travel options and packages.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Package Planning & Booking
Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and DMCs for best rates and confirmations.
Documentation & Coordination
Guide clients about visa requirements, travel insurance, and necessary documents.
Ensure all bookings, vouchers, and confirmations are accurate.
Maintain detailed records in CRM or booking systems.
Customer Service
Provide post-booking assistance (reschedules, cancellations, or complaints).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on new destinations, airline policies, and tourism trends.
Promote special deals or festive offers to clients.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
3-6 years
of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or Executive.
Knowledge of
GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
preferred.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Good command of English (written & verbal).
Customer-oriented and goal-driven personality.
