will play a key role in managing and executing travel arrangements for clients, including domestic and international tours, ticketing, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa assistance. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in travel operations, itinerary planning, and customer handling. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, vendor coordination skills, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Travel Planning & Operations
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport, and tour packages.
Create customized itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and destinations.
Ensure accurate documentation and coordination for visas, insurance, and travel permits.
Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide professional travel advice, recommendations, and support to clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-ups.
Handle queries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
3. Vendor Coordination & Networking
Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and destination management companies.
Negotiate rates and ensure the best deals for clients and the company.
Maintain updated vendor databases and ensure service quality compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings and handle any discrepancies.
4. Sales & Business Support
Promote tour packages, seasonal offers, and travel services to clients.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support marketing initiatives through destination knowledge and package suggestions.
Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, add-ons, and upgrades.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all travel bookings adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Keep up-to-date with visa requirements, travel advisories, and airline policies.
Prepare daily and weekly booking reports for management.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in the tours and travel industry (B2C/B2B).
Experience in handling both domestic and international destinations preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and itineraries.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in itinerary planning, costing, and booking processes.
Strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
