? Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and rail passes, negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive amenities.
? Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to queries, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates on travel arrangements. ? Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, guiding them through complex requirements and regulations.
? Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with travel suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers, leveraging these connections to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.

Preferred candidate profile
? Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on Europe, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
? Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of European destinations, cultures, and travel requirements, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
? Certifications: Travel industry certifications, such as ARC or IATA, are desirable, with opportunities for professional development and certification support.
? Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
