As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for creating quotes, booking, sales etc.
Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
Negotiation with hotels and contracting.
Maintaining good relations with suppliers.
Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).
Job requirements:
A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
Minimum 5-10 years' experience within the travel industry handling B2C or B2B market working with Agents and FTOs.
Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach.
It's an advantage if you know at least one destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation, Contracting and Interpersonal skills.
Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
Working knowledge of Travel ERP Systems and application.
A creative flair and high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
