Senior Travel Consultant cum Manager
to handle travel sales, manage client relationships, and lead the travel consultant team. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, sales expertise, and team management skills.
Responsibilities
Handle
domestic & international tour packages
(FIT, GIT, honeymoon, corporate)
Create customized itineraries and accurate costings
Manage bookings for
flights, hotels, visas, transfers & sightseeing
Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings
Lead and monitor the performance of travel consultants
Assign targets and ensure monthly sales achievement
Maintain vendor and supplier coordination
Handle customer escalations, cancellations, and refunds
Prepare sales reports and track leads through CRM
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the travel & tourism industry
At least
2 years in a senior/managerial role
preferred
Strong knowledge of Indian and international destinations
Excellent sales, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with CRM and booking systems (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre preferred)
Education
Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred)
