Position Overview:
As a Senior Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance both the technical competencies and soft skills of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training facilitation, content creation, and instructional design, with a proven ability to effectively engage learners across various levels of expertise.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs focused on both technical and soft skill development, catering to the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials and course content.
- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of our training initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior training staff, providing guidance and expertise in instructional design, facilitation techniques, and content development.**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on both soft skills and technical training.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation using various authoring tools and platforms.- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
