Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced

Senior Training Manager

with a strong insurance background. You will design, implement, and manage training programs for employees and trainees, ensuring skill development, process excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on insurance products, processes, and compliance (Life, Health, or Motor insurance) Develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning content Identify skill gaps and design programs to enhance employee performance Mentor and guide junior trainers and team members Ensure all training adheres to regulatory and company guidelines Track training effectiveness and report KPIs to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA in HR/Insurance preferred

6+ years of training experience in the insurance sector (mandatory)

Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and compliance Ability to develop both classroom and digital training programs

Preferred:

Experience in Life, Health, or Motor insurance verticals Familiarity with LMS and digital training tools
