PCE: Patient Care Executives and PN: Patient Navigators

Training & Capability Building:

Develop, deliver, and continuously improve training modules tailored for PCEs and PNs. Conduct onboarding and refresher trainings aligned with program KPIs and therapeutic knowledge. Train on communication skills, objection handling, documentation, CRM usage, and SOP adherence.

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:

Review and evaluate PCE call audits for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Conduct periodic field visits to observe PN's performance and provide feedback/coaching. Prepare and share training impact reports and insights with internal and client teams.

Engagement & Retention:

Plan and implement structured team engagement activities (monthly/quarterly). Conduct periodic motivation and knowledge booster sessions to ensure morale and skill retention.

Pay: ?9,297.05 - ?47,737.76 per month
